Vegan Food List

So i stayed up till 5 am finding Vegan food lists... Protein was my main concern and B12, thanks to Evans post i found an alternative for b12... My main main worry! was Soy milk, i have heard it basically turns you into a woman, due to the high estogen so that is cut out until i ifnd evidence.

Here is my food list for tommorow

2 x Wholemeal bread 80 p

1x peanut butter 80 p

2x Brown whole grain rice 1.06 p

1x marmite yeast extract 1.11p

Bananas

Apples

Oranges

Olive oil

Tomatos

Carrots

Potatoes

Salad

Veggie burger

Veggie baked beans

Peanuts

Orange juice

Vegetable curry

Kidney beans

And robotic Chicken legs
