The 30 Positive Challenge and update on vegan

It seems as of late I am taking a lot of challenges, but the positive challenge has to be one of the best ones I am going to take. As for going vegan… it was hard today, that I didn’t have any vegetables but now I have some tomorrow will be all vegetable day. I basically ate a lot of peanut butter which I guess is bad but I needed to get the taste of salad and oat milk out of mouth, but it was great knowing this is all healthy (except for the peanut butter) There have been no side effects just yet but tomorrow will be the challenge when I start to eat a lot of veg, I’ll let you know… but for now I present you with…

The Positive Challenge

Here is my challenge that i am starting to do tommorow...

I have always worried about turning into a happy clappy tree hugger if I became more positive, but deep down that was my own negative thought… just because your positive doesn’t mean you have to go and hug trees. Being positive is a major inner game puzzle that will help you recollect your thoughts and generally feeling great with socializing and yourself. You will handle rejection better, you won’t think of the negative things that could happen in pick up, you will be more of a man of action and you will be in the moment.

For 30 days you will do each of these, it wont feel any different at first but you will start to notice after a week, after 30 days you can stop the process and you’ll find that a lot of them will come automatic.

Affirmations: When you wake up it is beneficial to you to have the mindset of feeling great, even if you don’t… if it’s in your mind then eventually you will be conveying greatness. Write down 5 positive affirmations and every morning look into the mirror, smile and while your saying your affirmations smile knowing that you’re great.

Reframe Negative: Every time that you have a negative thought, immediately find something positive about it. The good thought doesn’t have to outweigh the bad thought it just has to be there to install positive thinking in your mind.

Daily Positive Activity: Do something you really don’t like to do but would benefit from doing. The trick is to turn a negative into a positive in your life. For example if you don’t like to wash up then do that and turn it into a positive knowing that you benefited from it.

Feel Great: Everyday do something different that makes you feel great. If you have a hobby that you love to play and feel great doing, spend some time on that… If you have a friends that make you feel great then speak to them in person or on the phone. If you have a local bar or hangout that makes you feel great just going there then go hang there. The idea is to do something that makes you feel great so you will install in your mind that you CAN feel great anytime you want.
