Preparing for the 30 day vegan challenge

For 30 days, I will no longer eat meat, drink hot milk with lame girls, or be fed chocolate by overweight women!

I am going completely Vegan!

Most Vegans are animal lovers and are against eating them.

Here is what Pamela Anderson says:
Chickens, pigs, and other animals? They are interesting individuals with personalities and intelligence.

That is fucking hilarious… No wonder she stopped sucking dick!

I don’t get why eating meat is such a crime, it’s a part of life… so why am I going vegan?

Healthy eating and for shits and giggles!

Well, the healthy eating part is more of why I am doing this. In my 20 years of life I have never ate healthy once and owe it to my body to get back in shape.

If after 30 days I like it, I may keep it on permanently… If I live longer that means I have more years to terrorize my bastard friends!

I will update how I am doing with the 30 day challenge when it starts.

So here is a little research I have done…

Why to go Vegan:

Reduce risk for cancer and diseases

Stronger and more athletic

More stamina (great for sex)

Better sex drive

Higher IQs (I think that’s taking the piss though)

Calcium:

(I worried that how the hell am I going to get calcium? So I got a list off the vegan starter kit)

Soy milk, broccoli, beans, many leaf green vegetables, almonds, tofu and calcium fortified orange juice!

Proteins:

(According to a unknown official idiot you can get protein in all of these)

Whole grains, oatmeal, beans, peanut butter, brown rice, peas, lentils, tofu, soy milk, nuts, seeds, mushrooms and veggie burgers and veggies hotdogs!

My Notes:

Beans and grilled veggies, Top baked potatoes with margarine, soy bacon bits, or salsa. Make homemade pizza with soy cheese, mock pepperoni, and vegetable toppings. Many canned soup flavors that you’re probably already used to are vegetarian, like black bean, lentil, minestrone, tomato, and vegetable. Have spaghetti with marinara sauce or add veggie meatball

Try the ever-growing lineup of mock meats, including veggie burgers, “hot dogs,” “turkey” slices, “riblets,” and “chicken” patties.
Not only are mock meats delicious, they’re also high in healthy plant protein and low in saturated fat, and they contain zero cholesterol.

Most margarines are vegan; also try vegetable and olive oils.

Use soy cheese for pizza, sandwiches, toppings, and sauces.

For baking use bananas or applesauce or that ener-g- egg stuff

Remember to check the back of things otherwise I will fail my challenge

Burger king and McDonald’s have vegan food like salad.

Conclusion:

I have like a day to eat meat, bring on a big mac!
